Caribbean Dark Chocolate Bars


1 pkg. devils food or dark chocolate cake mix
2 eggs, minus 1 yolk
1/4 C. unsweetened applesauce
1/4 C. water
1/2 C. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. coconut extract
1 tsp. each almond extract, rum extract, saigon cinnamon, cinnamon
1/2 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 C. white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375.
Grease a 13x9" baking dish.
Mix well all but final 2 ingredients. Stir in chips.
Bake for 24-27 minutes.
Cool and cut.
