Put into sprayed muffin tins, filling about 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 35-30 minutes.<br /><br />They almost fat free and delicious. You don't taste the pumpkin...they just taste like chocolate muffins. They are one of our daughters' favorites and I have even used this recipe to make her birthday cakes. Yes, you can make it as a cake.
